I don't know where this idea came from. I'm sure somebody must have drawn something like this before, though. I mean, The Doctor is an Alien and a Time Traveler and while he doesn't have ESP he does have the Slightly Psychic Paper.

If nothing else, I think I did a good likeness of Tennant. :) Critiques are appreciated!
